Q: How long have you been taking photos?
A: I have been taking photos professionally since 2009.
Q: Will you be photographing the Wedding / Event solo or will there be more than one photographer?
A: Normally for decent size events I shoot alone, when I do bring a second shooter, it's usually depending on what package or event you are having. I love shooting with a second photographer as it adds value & helps capture as much of your day as possible.
Q: What options do you have concerning packages?
A: Glad you asked! Just email me and I would be more than happy to send you a wedding package price & guideline.
Q: Do your packages include an engagement shoot?
A: Our Platinum & Titanium package include engagement sessions. If you choose to add one to our Tungsten Package, that option is also available.
Q: What's the process after the wedding?
A: As you're enjoying your honeymoon, I am hard at work organizing and culling all of your photos. I back up all the digital files to an external hard drive as well as on a DVD. This ensures no images are lost in case of an accident or catastrophe. I, then, personally hand select and edit each and every one of them. I then begin the color correcting & final touches on your images. I wrap all of this up by making a final edit to your album to ensure all your photos are of high quality.
Q: How many photos do you usually take in a Wedding?
A: Usually for a typical wedding I shoot around 1,000-1,500 photos. If I have a second shooter, that number can double. Out of those 80% are then selected and I make a final selection of those as well. Usually per wedding I deliver 250- 500 photos.
Q: What happens with all the photos you take?
A: Great Question! My philosophy is easy. You deserve the best photos, and you deserve ALL the photos. I give you all the hand selected digital files. I also keep your photos up to a year, after that I permanently delete them from my hard drives.
Q: How long does it take for me to get my photos?
A: I usually take 2-3 months to deliver the final product. Rush editing is available for an additional fee.
Q: What Software do you use to edit photos?
A: I use Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop CS5
Q: What is your editing style?
A: I'm very simple, but highly detailed. I notice everything! To cover a few basics, I edit exposure, contrast, clarity, sharpness, color, noise. I also take care of any blemishes or background distractions. I strive to bring out the best of every image.
Q: Do you have any payment plans?
A: I am very flexible with my payment plans! Most of my wedding clients split their total collection fee into two or even three payments. The payment policy is fully stated in the official wedding photography contract. I do require a deposit, or holding fee to confirm your date.
